How to Perform Point in Time Reporting for a Service
Point in Time Reporting
At this time, PCR-360 does not support Point in Time Reporting for Services, in the same manner so is supported for Warehouses. Until this feature is implemented, by use of the "By Type and Service Catalog" Custom Dashboard Widget, it is possible to monitor activity from Service Desk as a means to determine some basic reporting, by saving a screenshot of what the widget displays, and comparing it to past samples.
