Lighthouse

Summary
Lighthouse is the PCR-360 AI assistant. You can get help from the Wiki with the Assist feature, get SQL queries for AdHoc Grids or Custom Reports with the Compose feature, get continuous monitoring from the Insight feature, get a warning of unusual Billing and Charge activity with the Audit feature, or get an idea of User and Customer feedback from the Pulse feature. You can also use Lighthouse to reach out to PCR through the Coming Soon section to let us know how we can help your team be more efficient.
You can access the whole of Lighthouse from the Header Toolbar menu button () or from the Main Navigation Menu seen below.

The Main Menu option immediately gives access to all five areas of Lighthouse.

You can also access the Assist and Composure features from the Foot Toolbar button ().

Assist

The Assist feature can turn any of your questions into a fast reference of our Wiki, and Lighthouse will return the most helpful information related to your question, as well as links to the Wiki articles if you would like to learn more.
Compose

The Compose feature will allow anyone to get queries for the PCR-360 database for use in creating AdHoc Grids or Custom Reports without needing to know SQL or the PCR-360 Database relationship structure. You can even have the Composer refine and optimize the queries for better results.
Insight

Insight is a collection of informational, PCR-created Reports for analyzing data in various areas of the application, including Inventory, Services, and Service Desk.
Audit

Audit is a collection of informational, PCR-created Reports for analyzing Billing and Charge data for anomalies, allowing your Organization to get ahead of possible problems before they become a larger issue.
Pulse

Pulse analyzes the emotion and tone within text within internal PCR-360 communication methods. This quickly provides feedback on how your Organization’s Users and Customers feel about various topics. This is great for analyzing if something is becoming a problem and the urgency needed to address it.
