Updating the SSL

When your Organization needs to update the Certificates on the Test and Productions Servers the process you will need to follow will depend on who is hosting your version of PCR-360.

Hosted Customers

Being a Hosted Customer has the advantage of having PCR take on a more active role in updating your Certificates.

  1. Inform PCR that your Organization is going to Update your Certificates and that you require a Certificate Signing Request for each impacted Server.
  2. PCR will generate the needed Certificate Signing Requests and send them to your Organization.
  3. Provide these documents to your Certificate Authority, and they will send you the Updated Certificates.
  4. Forward the Updated Certificates to PCR, so that we can install them for you.

Self-Hosting Customers

  1. Your Organization will need to generate a Certificate Signing Request.
  2. Provide Certificate Signing Requests to your Certificate Authority, and they will send you the Updated Certificates.
  3. Install the Updated Certificates on your Server.
