Time Entry Activities

When users input time spent on a specific task on the Report: Time Entry grid, they must define a 'Service Catalog' and 'Labor/Activity' to describe the work performed. The items on the Time Entry Activities grid (see image above) populate the list of 'Labor/Activity' options that users can select.

Navigate to the Time Entry Activities grid by opening the 'Admin' tab, clicking on the node labeled 'System Tables', and then clicking on the node entitled 'Time Entry Activities'.

To add an 'Activity' entry, click the 'Add' button located on the Grid Toolbar above the Time Entry Activities grid.

In the form (see image above), select a 'Service Catalog' to which the 'Activity' applies by clicking on the Search Icon. Next, define the 'Activity' itself.

Once the user saves the new 'Activity', it will appear as an item on the Time Entries Activities grid and, crucially, it can be selected as a 'Labor/Activity' by users inputting time on the Report: Time Entry grid.
